Do you remember two years ago when the Mayor of Chicago, Rahm Emanual, unloaded on Chick-Fil-A for coming out against marriages between same sex couples? At the time it was a stand supported by Obama before he 'evolved'. Emanuel said the food chain didn't have Chicago values. That statement standing alone would be worthy of a five hundred page book but that's another story. Boston and NYC also came out against Chick-Fil-A for being hated filled.
In case you've been out of the country the southern part of the United States suffered a horrible and unexpected ice and snow storm a few days ago. Hundreds of thousands of motorists were stranded on highways for hours with no food and no heat. And what did the managers of Chick-Fil-A do in Birmingham, Alabama? Well, they opened up their stores and started cooking and giving away thousands of their sandwiches. They then allowed the people to spend the night in their stores; stores with heat and shelter. Is it me or haven't I heard much about these acts of charity on the MSM outlets?
Charity, liberals, is a wonderful thing.
