Did you read the story about Sergiorgio Clardy yet? It's quite interesting. He's a former pimp out of Portland, Oregon. I write 'former' because it appears he's in jail for one hundred years with a possibility of parole in thirty-six. Sergiorgio lost his temper and kicked in the head of a 'John' who failed to pay up for the use of one of the man's hookers. There was other bodily damage done and I won't go into it in detail. Let's just say if the guy was married it would be fairly difficult to explain away the bodily tramau(s) to his wife. End of story? Not quite. You see, Mr. Clardy was wearing a new pair of Nike sneakers when he attacked said 'John' and he's now suing the Nike Corporation for $100 million for not putting a disclaimer in the shoes saying kicking someone could cause great body damage. Hey, it's the United States. It's the same country where a woman won a judgment of one million for spilling a cup of hot coffee on herself. There's another cad involved in this case and that has to be a lawyer. It is not known at the present time the whereabouts of John Edwards but don't be surprised if he's secured an Oregon lawyers license.
