Ted Cruz made a joke about the Chappaquiddick tragedy in a dig at Congressman Joe Kennedy III who is in Texas to campaign with the Senator’s Democratic challenger Beto O’Rourke.
‘By the way, [O’Rourke] had Joe Kennedy down here campaigning with him,’ Cruz said on Friday during a campaign event in Houston.
‘And Joe Kennedy(the nephew of Ted Kennedy) was driving him around.
‘I have to admit, it may be the first time in history anyone's ever asked a Kennedy to drive.’
