To Have Or Not Have Flatulence

This is a true story, believe it or not Mr. Ripley. A man in Australia was fined $565 dollars for passing gas in front of the police. Shouldn't this be called free speech even though it came from a different orifice. The law violated according to the courtst was offending public deceny. There is only one person I know who has never passed gas and that is Her Majesty.
