Happy Birthday To My Pal

 Time flies when you're having fun or so I've been told. The past four years with my buddy has brought Her Majesty and I great joy. My regular readers know Charlie was a rescue for us and came into our lives on February 10 of 2019. Today, though, is his birthday and he'll celebrate it like none before. 

I have to be honest with you. I don't think he knows he's nine years old today and unlike humans I don't think he cares but why take the chance? We'll have a party for him with special treats and will let him do whatever he wants whenever he wants------------just like every other day.

If you don't have a canine best friend you're missing out on the thrill of a lifetime so I say, "Happy Birthday to the glue who holds this house together.
