Let's say you need to rent a home for awhile and you go to your dad and ask if you can rent his place while he's not using it. But, the home is placed in your name only Lord knows why. I can't comprehend this but your dad must be a real jerk because he does rent the place to you but makes you pay him a monthly fee and that bill comes to $49,910 dollars PER MONTH.
