Chuck Grassley from Iowa gave an impassioned well thought out speech in defense of Brett Kavanaugh today. He also lambasted the antics of the far Left as they have, since day one of the Trump administration, promoted the 'get in their faces antics obviously a reference to Maxine Waters.
I first came across Grassley when he was a member of the US House of Representatives. I was a first year high school teacher at New Hartford Iowa high school and his son was a student in my government class.
Sen. Grassley was as even tempered and thoughtful then as he is now. Iowa got lucky.
