The new governor of New York, replacing that Cuomo dude, is named Kathy Hochul. She's picking up where her predecessor left off.
In a pronouncement yesterday she said, "Children down to the age of two must be masked. It's not that big of a deal."
Obviously, the woman hasn't wrestled with many two year old children. Quite obviously, she's a dufus.
