As a long time high school teacher I had a number of these answers. In 1977 while teaching US History there was a question on a test: Who was the first man to walk on the moon? In the class was a kid named Neil Fishburn. I liked him but he was somewhat of a character. I was sitting at my desk grading the papers when I came across his. All of a sudden I looked up and said aloud, "No, Neil, Johnny Quest was not the first to walk on the moon." Neil laughed at himself and the class had a good laugh on him.
I would imagine in 2021 I would have been called to the principal's office for publicly humiliating a child. Gosh, I miss those days.
