Bonnie Jacobsen WAS a waitress at the Red Hook Tavern in NYC. It's an upscale place and the owner, most likely wants to protect his patrons from getting the dreaded disease.
Ms. Jacobsen decided not to get the vaccine and was subsequently fired. She had a decent reason for this. It's that she would have been vaccinated but since she's pregnant she and her husband decided to err on the side of caution.
