Kristi Noem, the feisty governor of South Dakota was a headliner at the CPAC convention in Orlando yesterday and she did not disappoint. The crowd was up on it's feet from the get go and the little lady took no prisoners. If conservatives are looking for a fighter they'd latch onto this gal permanently.
