Lord knows I receive daily and send out hundereds of forwards. Yesterday I received one from a fella in Florida I believe is a 'keeper'.
If you open the link you will see a spinning globe. On the globe are hundreds of thousands of green dots. If you click on one it shows in the lower left hand corner the city location of a radio station in that town with call letters.
Big deal you might say. Well, in this age of people relocating from one area of the world to another it might be nice to go back to the local radio station in you home community. For instance, I grew up in Central Iowa and the 50,000 watt for that area is WHO radio. It's the oldest radio station west of the Mississippi River.
It helps the transitional people re-connect with their local area. Pretty neat, huh?
Or, let's say you migrated to the U.S. from a country in Korea. It'd be wonderful to listen to a radio station in some small community.
Thank me later or send a check.
