This is what it boils down to. Andrew Cuomo forced COVID patients into nursing homes alongside the elderly. Often forgotten is Donald Trump sent hospital ships to New York harbor to house COVID patients but Cuomo said they weren't needed and furthermore they weren't used. The guy should be tried for murder and if that's too stringent then manslaughter.
