Valparaiso University is a Lutheran school of 3,000 located on highway 30 in western Indiana. Their school mascot is a Crusader; one of those group of people in the Middle Ages who defended Christendom from the Muslims.
Sucks to be them because the mascot is deemed to be offensive. The school will attempt to come up with a new guy/gal; one more inclusive.
