Guys, I've yoyo'd with my weight for years. Up until age 21 I kept it at around 175. After age 21, for one year, it went to around 200. I have to believe beer drinking had a little to do with it but who knows.
In 1968 I took my first coaching/teaching job. From 8 in the morning until after 6 pm I was active and moving around so my weight went to 180 or so for the next 20 years.
When I took my sales job my body ballooned. I mean, the company paid for all my meals. I hit every breadfast, lunch and dinner buffet in Ohio, every state surrounding it and the Canadian province of Ontario.
Can you say 270 lbs.? That was my limit. But thanks to the quick fix Jenny Craig program I returned to semi-normal. The problem wiht Jenny is the program costs money.
In 2000 I was back to 192 and feeling like a young deer with the hunger pangs kicked in. In 2016 I was at 225 and didn't like it. Stretchy pants and brasierres didn't offer me the joys of life I wanted so I went on a 80 day diet of no sugar and no bread along with many beggies. It was magical. One day I was at my doctor's office and had to step on the scale. It read 178. Wow! But, as one knows if we don't persevere in sewing our lips shut that crappy fat sneaks back on. I'm determined to get back on track. I don't really want to spend money on Nutri-Systems or Jenny Craig so I've come up with a sure fire plan to get in the one's
I've made up copies of a picture and placed them around the house. Every time I look at one my appetite goes on vacation. Try it. You'll like it.
