I know you have heard all of these rules before.... probably many times. But as a public service I thought I would send you this short video that covers what we have all been told but may have forgotten. You may want to save this video so you can review it if you become confused about what to do or not to do to protect you from the dreaded wuflu and impending death. No need to thank me.... this is a public service.
PS: This advice also probably works to prevent car accidents, slipping on the ice (if you live in a northern climate... or Texas, recently), catching a cold or the flu, getting mugged, drowning, food poisoning, getting lost, etc.
