Turner Classic Movies(TCM) is under the gun. The cancel crowd is out for a scalp and TCM is about to be the victim.
It isn't just Gone With The Wind but a bazillion other movies that graces their ariwaves coming under criticism. Think about it. Take a movie made in the 1950's. A guy is walking through a train station and decides he needs a shoeshing. And whose the guy giving it? Step n' Fetchit, of course.I'm shocked Law & Order is still being shown. Most every criminal is Black or Hispanic.
World War II movies and showing the Japs with buck teeth wearing coke bottles for glasses. Sayonnara to those.
It's going to be an ever ending list, isn't it?
