It Looks Like I'll Be Buying A Bicycle

The average price of a used car in the US has soared to unprecedented heights in the past year, spurred by Covid-related carmaker closures and a global shortage of microchips(from China) needed to hock the preowned heaps.

As of November, the price of a used vehicle in the States was $29,011 - a dizzying 39 percent more than the average cost of roughly $20,000 just 12 months prior, recently released data compiled by car inventory company Edmunds shows. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10364467/29-000-average-used-car-Would-buyers-aghast.html
