Flipping channels on the television this morning I came across the show, 'Golden Girls'. I imagine with the recent passing of Betty White we'll be seeing it on a variety of stations; Lifetime channel, Hallmark, etc.
Anyway, I was watching a few minutes of it as I typed today's missives and came to a conclusion. Betty White was in her 70's when it was on the air. I'll admit it right now. I'm in my seventies and she looked pretty darned good; better than cute. As a matter of fact the word 'hot' came to mind. Folks, Sophia Loren has been replaced.
