Remembering Lincoln

 I wonder if anyone aside from we history geeks know that Abraham Lincoln was shot on this day in 1865? Many would say, "No" and many others would utter, "Who cares" and then there are those who would say, "Who's this Lincoln guy?"

Regardless, I receive in my in box history facts and today's dealt with one of the greatest men of all time. I've been fortune enough to visit his boyhood homes in Kentucky and Illinois along with seeing Gettysburg and his final resting place in Springfield, Illinois. I was always in awe of the man.
