Yesterday I threw in the garbage a very nice pair of Nike slacks I purchased in Lake Havasu, Arizona two years ago January. I felt good about it. I didn't just talk the talk but I walked the walk. Also, I sent an unpleasant note to the Nike Corporation. They won't read it but I felt better.
A few final points on this kid: Beginning in 2015 he became radicalized with the taking the knee nonsense. Nike gave him a poster with picture and the words about making a sacrifice. Nonsense. Colin started dating a radical Muslim in '15. I wonder if that had any impact on his views. He had just signed a contract for $38 million dollars. Nice sacrifice, huh? Kaepernick, as the starting quarterback for the 49'ers was 3 wins and 16 losses. He turned down a contract with the Denver Broncos last year because he didn't think they offered him enough money. Evidently, getting back into the NFL didn't mean that much to him. Yes, he's a phony.
/what I say is, on to other more important items on my agenda.
