The policeman is being charged with first degree murder by a corrupt Atlanta DA who is fighting to save his job. Two weeks ago this same DA stated tasers can be considered using deadly force. He changed his tune.
I read a story last night at whotv.com out of Des Moines. There's a small town in Iowa, Nevada. It's 15 miles east of Ames. At 2:30 am one of it's fine citizens was brandishing a rather large sword at the police and wouldn't drop it. One of the local finest tasered him the dude died.
Anyway, according to the Atlanta Urinal newspaper Brooks was a fine man and good father. The following should be placed on his epitaph to prove the point.
