"It's The Rules"

 President Jo Jo the dog faced boy responded this morning to the story on the American track star being eliminated from the team for smoking a doobie or two. He said the decision was correct because she broke the rules.

This statement is fodder for the media who care. "Hey, Joe, what are the rules for illegals coming into the country" would be a good place to start. Of course, the press won't ask him this. Their questions are more along the line of, "What kind of ice cream are you eating?"
