Do remember Baghdad Bob? He was the PR guy for Saddam Hussein during the Gulf War. He'd come out in front of the cameras and do what Josef Goebbels did in WWII. He'd tell us black was white and up was down. It was his own bizarro world. Well, there's a new Baghdad Bob and his name is Uncle Joe.
