It's entirely too early to comment on Waukesha. I've been to that community many times. We have friends who live in there. There are snippets of information about the, and I hate this word, alleged perpetrator. I've looked at his long felony list. It puts Dillinger to shame. Regardless, in a few days we'll find out much more about this character and his motives.
