When I was in grade school it was cool to have the largest box of crayons especially when Crayola came out with turquoise. I liked that color. Other than colors we didn't make a big deal out of them except for Johnny Joe Frist. He liked to eat them but this was back in the early 50's and we were coming out of WWII and the Korean War so we cut him some slack.
