I've heard many baboonish comments coming from Joe Biden but this ranks with the dumbest. According to the guy who showered with his then teenage daughter he has the corner on morality. He states: "It is immoral for parents and grandparents to convince their teenage offspring to not remove their breasts or penises if they desire."
