Poverty In America

Below are listed the most poverty stricken cities in the nation according to the Buffalo Business Investors magazine through the U.S. Census Bureau. I don't know what crteria was used to deterime the statics. I always do pay attention to those communites controlled by the Democrats. One would have to go a long way down the list to find a city not made a victim through the failures of the "Great Society" programs of the 1960's and beyond.
