Three weeks ago Joe Biden stated emphatically, "When I take office I'll enforce a national mandate on masks." Three days later when he or someone wised him up as to it being unconstitutional he changed his mind.
Yesterday, Der Bumpkin, re-changed his mind once again stating he will force a mandatory executive order that all those residing in the United States must wear a mask. Hah! Try and enforce that one. I guess Joe didn't get the memo that's is unconstitutional. But, no problem. If the Democrats take control quite a few items will be unconstitutional.
