For the first time since last February, or was it March, I turned on my car heater. The temp was 51F and rain splattered on the windshield. It reminded me I need new wipers.
Overnight we were down to 35 in Dublin, Ohio. It wasn't a problem for me because I opened the sliding bedroom window doors and through on two more blankets. The only thing missing was a dream about a Hallmark movie.
Day 6 of my no sugar, no carb high protein diet. I was at my doctor's office yesterday and jumped up on the scale. I shouldn't have done so. Disappointment reigned.
