You've Never Too Old(Except For Me)

The Penn Relays took place last week. They're one of the oldest racing events in the country. There were two events I noticed that actually made me happy but when thinking if I could do it I had a mental puke.

One 100 meter sprint was for guys over the age of 70. When I saw this dude sprint I wondered if he was robot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9EQAGGwS_o I would say a guy who's seventy years old who runs the 100 in under 14 seconds is close to super human. But wait! There was another race and this involved a man who turned 100 the day before. His sprint in the 100 is so miraculous I compare it to God giving Moses the stones. https://www.huffpost.com/entry/lester-wright-100-penn-relays_n_626fc038e4b029505df4581e
