Our Strategic Oil Reserve has been in existence for over 100 years. It's purpose is to provide emergency petroleum in time of national need; wars would be one of these. When Hurricane Katrina hit the reserves were used to alleviate the pain of that natural disaster.
So, why is it Joe Biden sold one million barrels of petroleum from our Strategic Reserve to a company in China who gave money to son Hunter for one of his business deals?
Is it possible Joe is being blackmailed? Joe, say it isn't so.
