Joe gave a babbled speech in Israel the other day and after he finished his talk he turned to the right of the podium and, well, this is the result:
This isn't the first time, nor probably the last, he shakes hands with Casper the Friendly Ghost. It would make a perfect schtick for the old Saturday Night Live cast but my question is "Why?"
