But, then there's this bit of wisdom from the Council Bluffs Cowboy: 

"If we are going to change the name of Army bases, I have a suggestion.  Name them all Fu*k Joe Biden and add a roman numeral at the end, to differentiate them.

But I guess then someone would complain that it is disrespectful to the Romans......"
