You'll find this beauty in Okuawka, Illinois. I'm too lazy to look up the town but I think it's near Monmouth which is in the eastern part of that state fifty miles south of the Quad-Cities. I don't know the name of the restaurant either but the town is about the size of a glob of baby spit so if you go there ask around. All I can say is, "What, no fries?"
