The Confederate States Of America Is A Myth

If you're going to visit the Civil War battle site in Gettysburg, Pa. forget about buying any style of Confederate flag. As of yesterday they've been banned.

What this means is the Union forces fought themselves in the pivotal battle to keep the southern boys out of northern soil but the boys from the South weren't there. Why this statement you may ask? Because, according to our government, no flags means no battle . Since this is the case then how on earth did so many die? This bodes another question? If Johnny Reb wasn't there how is it 6,000 died? As for the Union forces those 1,500 killed must have met their demise playing Russian roulette.

This same no flag proclamation goes for all national parks. I find this strange. My wife and I visited the infamous Civil War prison camp, Andersonville in Georgia, two years ago. It was chock full of history and I'm kind of an expert on this since I taught it on the high school level for twenty years.

Andersonville was a horrendous story of disease and starvation. Little known is the fact that hooligans from New York(for liberals this means they fought on the side of the north) controlled the inner workings of the camp; they set up the police system and maimed and killed any of their own kind who didn't follow the company line.

You see, you've never heard about this because the winner makes the rules. If the Nazi's or Japs had won in WWII history would have a totally different history. The US, no doubt, would have been the bad guy because we sunk ships laden with food for poor starving Germans in South America.

You might not be aware of this nor thought about it but Union prisoner of war camps were in many cases much more harsh than those south of the Mason-Dixon Line. Camp Douglas in Chicago, Elmira in NY and the Fort Delaware Camp had death rates of 25%  and higher for those confined. I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings for the anti-Confederate folks but the government of the United States did not provide heating for the boys in the dead of winter. Many froze to death. There was a camp located on Lake Erie. Have you ever been to that region in winter? Not balmy!

I used to live in Davenport, Iowa, separated from Rock Island, Illinois by the Mississippi River. Situated on the river is Arsenal Island. It was a major army facility during the CW conflict. When one dies, if they were in the military, they can be buried there. Oh yeah, it was also a Confederate POW camp and has the remains of 1500 who fought for the South. I'm waiting for the anti-American crowd to proclaim that portion of the island be bulldozed and public housing be built over the site.

I have a question for you. A few miles east of Atlanta, Ga.(For liberals, Georgia fought on the Confederate side) etched on the side of a mountain is a carving of two of the most famous of southern generals, Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson and Robert E. Lee along with the President of the Confederacy, Jefferson Davis.. Will there be a politician introducing a bill that the mountain be blown to smithereens?

By the way, Robert E. Lee and Jefferson Davis never happened. Lee's home is located in the grounds of Arlington Cemetery. You can now kiss that site good-bye. Jeff Davis can now R.I.P. since there was no Confederacy.

Don't scoff at what I've written. When nincompoops are running the show, well, who knows.

The most amazing fact about all of this nonsense is that a drug addled nineteen year old brought it on.
Our government and the fools running it have made him a super hero of the mentally ill and the leading spokesperson for Uber socialism in the history of our nation.
