Police say a New York man threatened to kill two U.S. Senators for supporting Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Police charged Ronald Derisi, 74, of Smithtown, New York, with threatening to murder a federal official.
Authorities said that Derisi had left a series of threatening voicemails at the two Senators' offices in which he threatened to kill them, according to the criminal complaint which was obtained by TMZ. Turns out the senators were Charles Grassley and Susan Collins.
