How To Make Reparations Palatable

With age comes wisdom or so it's been said. I received a memo from the Council Bluffs Cowboy this morning on the subject of reparations. He might be onto something.

"If I am expected to pay reparations I want a slave of my own to pay it to.

There, that fixes that........."

Better yet, I am going to mark the  black box on the census return and then I will be eligible to get the reparations, and not have to pay the reparations.
