The origin of this story is Berea, Kentucky. The only reason I'm even mentioning this story is because I had a cup o' joe in that central Kentucky town a few weeks back. Anyway, the guy picture, Jared Wehrle, was arrested--------on his tractor--------after a chase by two police cars----------on a golf course------during playing time.
