The nose ring is a dead giveaway.
When I was a kid, around 12, I was out with some of my classmates on Halloween and one of them threw an apple at a street light shattering the bulb. At the time I asked myself, "Why?" What was the point? Did the thrower get money for it? Were there bragging rights involved? It was a stupid gesture.
This scenario occurred in Houston during a parade to celebrate the hometown team win the World Series except this guy threw two full beer cans at Sen. Ted Cruz and he was struck by one. His name is Joseph Haim Arcidiacono which to me smells like migrant.
Luckily he was found out and arrested and is in jail for failing to come up with the $40,000 bond. What an idiot. The only question needing to be asked is how many brewskis he'd downed before his toss.
