Joe Biden's Taliban Friends

Joe Biden----you remember him. He's the Vice-President of the United States. He said that 5% of the Taliban in Afghanistan are "extremists". I had to read about this from BJ Akbar in The Times Of India. What I'm noticing lately is newspapers from Asia, Gt. Britain and Canada do not seemed enthralled with Obama as do those in this country. They are, dare I say it, criticizing his policies. Or, in the case of Biden, 'gaffe-oramas'. I need to invert Biden's quote: Joe Biden said that 95% of the Taliban of Afghanistan are harmless. They are moderates. Yes, this is what he said. Don't wait for a clarification. By next week there will be something else he needs to explain.
