REPORT: ESPN Removes College Football Announcer From Game Because He's Named 'Robert Lee'

Lee is Asian, but the sports network is still concerned his name will offend students.

According to a report from college football blog Outkick the Coverage, ESPN pulled college football announcer Robert Lee from a game between William & Mary and the University of Virginia because they were concerned students and viewers might be offended by his name.

Upon further consideration it's possible ESPN did the prudent thing. I came across this photo of Lee.
