It was 1969 and I was coaching basketball at Storm Lake St. Mary's Iowa high school. I thought it'd be cool to have an album for the boys to listen to before and after practice. I wasn't sure how it'd go over but as the boys came walking in the locker and heard the sounds I knew I'd made the correct purchase.
