Kathy Hochul is the governor of New York which tells you a great deal about the IQ's of those residing in the Empire State. I have one example to illustrate. This person is advocating for the elimination of selling all cigarettes BUT she wants to legalize the selling of marijuana. You can't make this stuff up.
