Greta For Secretary Of State

Each and every morning I go through the same routine in computer viewing: emails from the night before, Drudge, Lucianne, then then select Iowa newspapers.

It's an agonizing process especially when the contemplation of what lies ahead of me is considered. Specifically, bad government and presidential action. Why, it's almost like we have an emperor as leader.

Yesterday, in particular, showed how totally inept our government continues to be. You already know the details but a quick review is necessary and in no particular order. Sources tell us the North Koreans have hacked into Hollywood movies. Sony showed its mettle to this perceived action by canceling a week-end opening of a movie detailing the assassination of their twerp, murderous leader. Hooey! Thank God this didn't happen in the 60's or we'd never have seen the classic film, Dr. Strangelove.

Our government has told us the hackers were the North Koreans. To that I say, "Hogwash". If you believe this then you swallowed the farcical explanation of the Benghazi attack taking place because of another hateful film.

My wife watches the Nightly News with Brian Williams. Don' ask me why. It's a show about lies and fluff pieces. Mr. Williams was all atwitter last evening about the resumption of relations with Cuba. He told us the only ones against the action were 'conservative Republicans' even though the corrupt New Jersey Senator, Robert Menendez(D), was the first kid on the street screaming about traitorous actions by Obama. ,

The US received back a man held prisoner for five years from Cuba, Alan Gross. Three murdering spies, Cubans, were sent back to Cuba. Most folks thought this was a trade-off but Josh Ernest, the White House spokesperson, told the press there was no relationship between the two actions. The great unwashed masses will believe this.

Did you ever hear the explanation of an old Soviet spy about how they played the game of foreign policy versus that of the US? He stated, "the United States does foreign policy like they're playing checkers. We play it like a game of chess".
Well said, comrade.

Conservative talk show host, Mark Levin, has a wonderful ten minute audio detailing how Obama hates our police but loves police states, among other things. It a 'must listen to' piece. http://therightscoop.com/must-listen-mark-levin-brilliantly-exposes-obamas-blatant-undeniable-indisputable-hypocrisy-on-cuba/

Anyway, it appears the US, under Obama, is going to restore relations with the communist island. Cuba will receive monetary aid, American goods and all help we can provide in the modern era. In return we get nothing.

Fox News resident liberal, Shepard Smith, was distraught that with this normalization we might see a rise of Lowe's and Taco Bell's in downtown Havana thereby ruining the landscape. And he was serious.

And Greta Van Susteren, who I once suspect to be a flaming liberal had the most common sense take of the day. She was perplexed that the government through intermediaries, Canada and the Pope, worked ceaselessly to gain the release of Gross. But, she found it despicable that Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi, an American Marine, languished in Mexican jails under horrid conditions. Not once did a member of our government reach out to Thamooressi's family. If it wasn't for Greta the good sergeant might still be eating cockroaches. Thank you, Greta.

What a country! Our government has their collective noses up the rear ends of despotic and murderous regimes and defecates on those who have long been our friends and allies. ICB
