Guns And Alcohol

In driving to my by-yearly dental appointment this morning I was listening to Mike Gallagher on Patriot radio. His conversation was on the subject of guns, specifically dealing with the recent Vegas shootings. All of a sudden Gallagher had an epiphany and asked his call screener to research the number of alcohol related deaths in comparison with the number of gun deaths.

Moments later Gallagher was informed that the most recent data available was from the years between 2010-2014. As a brief aside I was watching Fox's The Five two days after the shootings. The resident liberal nincompooop, Juan Williams, came up with this brilliant piece of drivel. He said that every gun in the United States should be confiscated. This is so very moronic it doesn't even need an explanation

Anyway, Mike Gallagher, in his research said that between the four years beginning with the second decade of this century alcohol related deaths numbered 80,000 give or take a few. Gun deaths totaled 28,000. My suspicion is that there were thousands of alcohol related murders. You know what I mean. Bubba gets a snot full and blows away momma because he didn't like the way his grits tasted. There are all kinds of scenarios applicable but you get the picture.

The United States is 3rd in Murders throughout the World. But if you take out just 5 'left-wing' cities: Chicago, Detroit, Washington DC, St Louis and New Orleans -- the United States is 4th from the bottom, in the ENTIRE World, for Murders.

These 5 Cities are controlled by DEMOCRATS. They have The Toughest Gun Control Laws in the USA.  Do you think maybe Democrats just might have something to do with, maybe actually committing, most of the gun violence……or would it be absurd to draw any conclusions from this data?*

So, for those who call for the elimination of guns doesn't it make sense that we have national alcohol prohibition in America? Oh, we tried that once before? Really? And what was the result?

The next time liberals throw their specious gun argument in your collective faces you have plenty of fodder to destroy them.
