As badly as it probably hurt former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick to see it, his movement of disrespecting the national anthem was given the death knell on Sunday.
As noted by Breitbart, no players from the Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots knelt or sat while the national anthem was played during the Super Bowl.
Many Americans were very proud to see that Super Bowl players avoided controversy and stood proudly for their country.
