People normally refer to Napoleon as a shorty type of guy. Actually, and I'm guessing, but I do believe he was 5'6" in height which wasn't that short for the time. After all, the average height for Americans in 1900 was 5'8". That wasn't tall enough to dunk a basketball in most cases but in the big scheme of things it was fairly tall.
So, were looking now at 5'7" Vladimir Putin. He's a shrimp. If you checked out world leaders you'll find this is the case with quite a few guys who were shrimpy. Open the link.
