A week ago there was an article about an Obama October Surprise. The rumor is that he may address marijuana and how it should be decriminalized. The enclosed article has Mayor Rahm "Thug" Emanual from Chicago saying it would be a good idea to further decrimnalize pot in the City. Could this be a feeler for Obama to guage public reaction?
