In a newly released poll from USA Today ranking the presidents from best to worst since WWII it comes as no surprise at all. The worst is Barack Obama followed by Jimmy Carter. The Best? Could there be any doubt? It's the man who, along with John Paul II brought down the Soviet Union, Renaldus Magnus.
